We have got ISO 9001 certificate. The Special Quality System of MTD is the strong support for the business. MTD’s QA /QC team members are all have very strong experience for ISO 9001 and GMP . Including Training system, Supplier Chain management, Products Test, QA Inspection, R&D, Logistics system and Customers complain system. Can you customize the singing bowl?
Absolutely, we can help customize your bowl, your logo bag and all your special design. We’re open to discuss and will keep confidence well for our clients.
How long can I receive my singing bowl?
You can choose shipping by air or by sea. If by air we will use Fedex/DHL/UPS express to your door, usually 3-10days according to your address. If shipping by sea it costs around 2 months to arrive you. We strongly recommend shipping by air as it’s much safer and faster.
PAYMENT
What is the standard procedure for payment and shipping?
We only accept T/T and Paypal payments. We do not accept credit card payments. Due to the special customization nature of the products, we start to produce and ship after 100% advance payment . We do not accept cash on delivery.
PACKAGE
How do you ensure that the goods will not be damaged?
Our packaging features anti-collision design and contains padding inside to prevent the crystal singing bowl from getting damaged. If any problem during shipping, please contact us at the first time with pictures&videos of broken bowls, cartons and waybill. Then we will deal with it ASAP. we will send you replacement or refund. You don’t need to worry anything.
